    • Program managed and facilitated the collection and analysis of employee and talent market perspective to help steward client’s customized Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
    • Interim leader responsible for transforming the strategy, design and change management in accelerating transition to a new operating model of the future for client’s HR Business Partner, HR Advising and Labour Relations consulting portfolio.
    • Program managed the innovation and outsourcing of client’s Pensions & Benefits service delivery model across multiple vendors and stakeholders.
    • Created client’s end-to-end Exit Interview solution and facilitated engagements to drive improvements to client’s culture and experiences for current and future employees.
